Holdem Manager HUD funktionniert nicht mehr!?

Seit dem PS-Update heute nacht tut das HUD nicht mehr.
ist das ein fehler von PS software oder von hem software und was ist die lösung?
hat sonst überhaupt noch jemand dieses problem?

klaert dass bitte mal schnell ab, denn wenns tatsaechlich bei allein nicht geht dann update ich erstmal lieber nicht...

Mail an Support ist raus. Funktioniert NICHT seit gestrigem Update.

In our latest update, we fixed certain hand history problems our
client was having with the new Beta Hand Replayer. However, we are
aware that Holdem Manager is not working properly after these changes.

Unfortunately, we cannot fix this problem with Holdem Manager, as it is a
third party application not associated with PokerStars. However, they should
be aware of the problem and will issue a patch once they have
resolved the formatting issues. Unfortunately until they do Holdem Manager
will not work properly with PokerStars. You may want to visit their website

Hmmm hab das Update jetzt installiert und brauche demnach meinen Key. Leider finde ich die Mail mit dem Key nicht mehr und auf der HEM-homepage finde ich auch keine Mailadresse von denen oder so ...

Wo krieg ich meinen Registrierungskey wieder?

vorbildlich wie schnell und problemlos da alles klappt, von dem patch bis zur sendung des keys...!!

bei office haette sowas monate gedauert...!!
