As a valued customer of Sidepot Gaming Company, we wanted to let you know that production on our Protege poker chip line is being ceased due to factors outside of our control. The manufacturer of these chips is shuttering, and thus they can no longer support production of this line. Unfortunately, our Cigar & Snifter mold will also have to be retired. Once these are gone, these chips will no longer be available. If you’ve been meaning to add to your existing set, or get a new set, now’s the time.
If you already own this line, you know that this is both good and bad news. The good news is that it will become a collector's item and likely see a significant increase in value on the secondary market. On the down side, you won't be able to buy them retail anymore to add to your set.
To accommodate existing customers that need to fill out their sets before production ceases, we've opened up ordering on all denominations. As such, some orders may be partially backordered or completely backordered for a few months. But most of the core denominations are fully stocked.
Orders will not be accepted after August 15th, 2009!
