Partypoker Inaktivitätskosten

In den AGB von Partypoker ist die Rede von einer Partypoker Inaktivitätsgebühr , habe dem Support von Partypoker geschrieben doch die haben mich nur auf die AGB verwiesen doch da fand ich nur im AGB von Partypoker.com die Inaktivitätsgebühr , meine Frage an euch wäre ist ob die Inaktivitätsgebühr auch auf die Partypoker.net spielgeld version erhoben wird.
Kann man mit der Partypoker.net auch das Freerollangebot von Partypoker nutzen?

Soweit ich weiss erhebt PartyPoker eine Gebühr wenn man nicht mehr bei denen spielt (für mich total behämmerte Marketingstratgie) habe auch deswegen bei PartyPoker komplett ausgecasht und spiele dort nicht mehr.
Wo kommen wir denn da hin, das wäre das gleiche wenn ich einmal im Casion war und gespielt habe und das Casino mir dann jeden Monat ne Rechnung schickt weil ich nicht mehr komme.

Naja egal, das von der Gebühr habe ich bei PokerToday mitbekommen (B.Kang hat die Gebühr bezahlen müssen da er nicht mehr gespielt hat aber noch Cash auf seinem Account hatte) deswegen habe ich ausgecasht. wenn nix drauf is kann nix eingezogen werden

Mir ist auch klar das PP nur auf die AGB's verweist, die wären ja schon blöd wenn se das erklären würden, dann spielt keiner mehr bei denen.

So, das ist alles was ich zu dem Thema weiß bzw. mitbekommen habe. Ich hoffe ich konnte helfen.

1. What is the Inactive Account Fee?
As set out in Clause 11 (Inactive Account Fees) of the Terms and Conditions of Use, the Inactive Account Fee is a monthly administrative charge that is deducted from your account balance if your account is inactive for more than 180 days.

2. When would I have to pay the Inactive Account Fee?
The Inactive Account Fee will be deducted from your account balance on the day following the (end of the) 180-day grace period (i.e., day 181) and then every thirty (30) days thereafter if your account remains inactive.

For example: If the Inactive Account Fee is €5.00 EUR, and your account is inactive for seven (7) months, then you will have to pay a €5.00 EUR charge at the end of the 180-day grace period (day 181) and then every thirty (30) days thereafter if your account remains inactive.

Note: The amount €5.00 EUR is used only as an example. You should consult the Inactive Account Fee Schedule for the Inactive Account Fee amount.

3. How will the Inactive Account Fee be paid?
An amount up to the Inactive Account Fee will automatically be deducted from your account balance by us on the day following the end of the 180-day grace period (day 181) and then every thirty (30) days thereafter (provided your account remains inactive).

4. What if there is no money in my account?
If your account balance is zero and there is no money in your account then no deduction will be made.

Additionally, we will not deduct the full Inactive Account Fee from your account balance if your account balance is less than the Inactive Account Fee amount. However, we have the right to deduct "up to" the Inactive Account Fee amount. This means, for example, that if you have an account balance of €2.00 EUR and the Inactive Account Fee is €5.00 EUR, then we can deduct the €2.00 EUR from your account balance (if your account remains inactive).

5. What if I start using my account again?
If you start using your account by 'logging on' to your account using your account name and password and you (i) place a cash wager, or (ii) enter a tournament with a cash entry fee, or (iii) play a raked hand, then your account will be deemed 'active' and we will stop deducting the Inactive Account Fee from your account balance from that date.

*Where your Account Currency is a currency other than EUR, the Inactive Account Fee will be converted into your Account Currency at the Exchange Rates offered by Us at the time of deduction from your Account.

Oder doch eher die Tatsache, das man bei Party nach ner Woche 10% seiner Partypoints verliert wenn man nicht mind. 1 Punkt erspielt (was mich nun wirklich mehr stört als der andere Kram)

Wenn man sich nur einloggen muss, um nicht mehr inaktiv zu sein, dann verstehe ich das Geheule in diesem Thread nicht wirklich.

Naja geheule ist das nicht.

Ich finde das auch nicht ok.
Es wird wirklich abgezogen, da mir das auch passiert ist.
Das nervt ja, musst auscashen, eincashen etc..
Außerdem wofür soll die Gebühr denn sein? Es reicht doch schon das das Geld dort liegt. Was meint Ihr eigentlich was man mit den ganzen Guthaben für Umsätze erzielen kann.

Es muss im Grunde nur 1 PP pro 10 Tage gesammelt werden Problem ist ja: Man muss ne BR auf Party haben um an die Punkte zu kommen.

Musst ja eh schon gut kapital haben um zumindest nen teil der Bonusse zu erzielen.Der grossteil der Spieler,die mit 50 oder 100 euro im Monat spielen,kommen eh kaum in den Genuss,hier die teilraten zu erreichen die ausgezahlt werden nach 40 punkten oder wieviel auch immer.Nur Risikospieler mit viel kapital holen da was raus

War jetzt auch so ne Lustige 3 Euro Aktion auf PPoker..
Wenn 150 USD auf Casino umsetzt,bekommst 3 Euro aufs Konto.
Na gut,hab ich gemacht. HAtten die 3 Euro eingeschränkt aufgebucht u auf einmal wurde der Gewinn mit eingerechnet.Hatte dann 10 Euro eingeschränkt und von den 150 USD waren gerad mal 20 Cent runter. Sprich...der gesammte Gewinn in der Zeit wo die Aktion läuft,kassiert PPoker wenn du in den paar Tagen die 150USD nicht runter tilgst. natürlich geht das nur auf Risikowetten und nicht auf einfache... Davon stand dann aber nur was,wo ich die Aktion nach ner Stunde abbrach. Das sind alles so Finten da... Unglaublich. Und bei der Kartenaktion da bekam ich jetzt nen Rennpunkt.War Klar... lol.
